William Moran III
William Moran III is a principal at the Springfield law firm of Stratton, Moran, Reichert, Sronce & Appleton, where he has a varied general practice in the areas of administrative law, including representing attorneys before the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission and other professionals before the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation. Mr. Moran’s legal expertise extends to criminal and civil litigation, appeals, family law, and trademarks.
Prior to joining Stratton, Giganti, Stone, Moran & Radkey as managing partner, Mr. Moran worked as clerk, counsel, and senior counsel for the Administrator with the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission.
Mr. Moran received both his Bachelor’s degree as well as juris doctor degree from Southern Illinois University.
He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Sangamon County Bar Association and has advised The Lincoln-Douglas American Inn of Court as president, secretary, and treasurer.
Mr. Moran has served on the Illinois Supreme Court Commission on Professionalism since 2013.
